Fiddle and Piano Duo
In addition to offering our Fiddle Duo to perform during other parts of your wedding or celebration, the Cragganmore Ceilidh Band can offer our Fiddle and Piano Duo. Our pianist is also a classically trained professional musician who can perform a wide variety of music genres. If there is a specific piece of music you would like to be performed, this can be arranged.
You may wish the piano and fiddle duo to perform as guests arrive at the wedding ceremony and then again as the bridal party enter/leave the church or chosen venue. Another option is to have them perform a musical interlude as part of the wedding ceremony or as you sign the register. While the bridal party have their photographs taken you may have a drinks reception for your guests, at this point the piano and fiddle duo can perform to entertain guests. You can request the duo perform from a wide musical repertoire including classical music, Scottish music, pop music, and anything in between!
You can arrange to book the Fiddle and Piano Duo and discuss the various options with the ceilidh band when you make your booking. The Fiddle and Piano Duo can also perform during your wedding day, even if you don’t wish to book the full ceilidh band for your evening reception. Perhaps you want to add some Scottish flavour at some point on your wedding day and what better way to do so, than some beautiful Scottish ballads to entertain your guests as they enjoy drinks before their meal.
The Cragganmore Fiddle Duo and, Piano and Fiddle Duo, are also available for Corporate events. Again, they can add a Scottish flavour to the day/evening especially popular if you are entertaining guests from around the world at your conference.
